SCOPE OF WORK
Cinco de Mayo Park consists of a new 10-acre park that includes baseball, soccer, and football fields, track, walking, recreation building, restrooms, and fitness stations. Located in the Everglades Farmworkers Village, a community for 3,000 people including low and medium density housing, retail, administrative complex, childcare facility, retail complex, sports and recreation complex and cultural center, 1992 Phases I – IV, Phase V and VI on-going.
The project Included: Housing, Auditorium, Maintenance, Complex, Administrative Offices, Construction Administrative, Retail, & Child Care, (400) unit affordable housing development within the existing Everglades Farmworkers Village in South Miami-Dade, FL. Units consists of (5) unit townhouse buildings and duplex buildings.
This Project was honored with a National Design award in 1998 from the Fannie Mae Foundation in Washington D.C.
