SCOPE OF WORK

Design, Construction Documents, permitting and Construction Administration for the renovation and remodeling of several classroom buildings, restrooms and general campus facilities. Upgrade of interior finishes, furnishings as well as installation of all new technology features, electrical system, HVAC and all safety upgrades. Campus wide Architectural, MEP, Civil & Fire Protection renovations throughout the multi-building school. Renovations included cleaning and repainting of all the exterior and Interior walls and doors, renovation of the HVAC systems in the class room buildings, cafeteria and administration building. Electrical upgrades for interior and exterior areas of several buildings. Areas included: Classrooms, classroom buildings, restrooms, parking lots, media center, labs, cafeteria, administration offices and storage spaces. Renovation of group and individual restrooms, replacement of the sanitary sewage system and domestic water line in buildings 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15.
