SCOPE OF WORK

Design Criteria Professional for improvements and retrofit of the Government Center Metro Rail Station to include but not limited to Station light upgrades, replacement of the metal ceiling slats, replacement of expansion joints, replacement of doors/louvers, removal of ADA barriers, replacement/repair of the emergency stairs, replacement of handrails, way-finding signage, landscape improvements, drainage improvements, industrial cleaning of floor tiles, pressure cleaning, painting, and concrete/stucco repairs.
