Design/Build Project of approximately (23) acres of land with bisecting canal and existing boat ramps with a new design.
Includes: Walking trail, fitness stations, nature kiosk, fishing pier/observation platform, covered picnic tables, shaded benches throughout, public restroom building with storage, landscaping, parking lot.

Services included Planning, Programming and Design, Technical Documents, Construction Management and Construction Administration.
