SCOPE OF WORK

• Renovations to modify and upgrade 57,000+/- Square Feet of the ground floor (arrival level) at the FIS/US Customs and Border Protection at MIA Terminal E at Miami International Airport.

• Includes United States - Customs and Border Protection Offices, Inspection Areas, and separate baggage areas for retained and pre-screened passengers.

• Renovation of baggage claim areas, escalators, passenger/baggage handling/screening systems, US Customs and Border Protection security areas including interrogation rooms and holding areas, employee lounge, administrative offices, and Greeter’s Lobby.

• Programming, Concept and A/E Design, Technical Documents, and Construction Administration.
