SCOPE OF WORK

• Design/Build Project for Miami-Dade County adjacent to the Metro Rail Overtown Station.

• Prepared the initial Master Plan for a 2-phase mixed use transit development.

• Included Phase I Office / Retail Building with adjacent parking structure, and future Phase II Office Building.

• Provided tenant build-out services for the phase I project leased by Miami Dade County GSA.
