Tigner Community Center

SCOPE OF WORK

• Design Build proposal / competition for the City of Deerfield Beach.

• New 2-story, 14,000 sf community center that connects to the existing gymnasium on-site.

• Includes a banquet space, offices, outdoor exercise area, lounge, computer lab, restrooms, and multi-purpose spaces.

• Designated drop-off/pick-up area was also created to maximize pedestrian and vehicular flow.
