SCOPE OF WORK

REHAB / SECTION 8 / Project consisted of the renovation and expansion of the Blackstone Apartments building that included 89 multi-unit elderly housing apartments.

Mr. Chisholm helped place the building and is included in the National Registry of Historic Places.
