SCOPE OF WORK

Chisholm Architects (as AOR) in collaboration with David Feinberg, RA consulting Architect, is currently designing and adjusting the zoning component for the above project. The project will consist of six phases to occur simultaneously or concurrently depending on funding availability and cost controls.

The programmatic elements include synagogue chapel, vestibule, Rabbi study and administrative offices, public restrooms, classrooms, a congregation, multi-purpose space with kitchen, men and women restrooms, locker and changing rooms, a recreational pool, a central courtyard and parking for all visitors and members of the congregation.

The Rabbi has requested extensive design meetings to empirically analyze the development of the design and ensure the symbolism and imagery of Judaism to be expressed in all aspects of the facility. This process will begin after Zoning approvals.
