Florida City Elementary School Renovations

SCOPE OF WORK

Design, construction documents, permitting, and construction administration for the renovation of classroom buildings, restrooms, portables, media center, cafeteria, administration, and common areas. Included building envelope enhancements, roofing system improvements, exterior and interior upgrades, furnishings, and the integration of state-of-the-art technology. Additionally, all HVAC, fire alarm, and Public Address systems were upgraded to enhance efficiency, safety, and overall functionality throughout the campus.
