SCOPE OF WORK

This three-story state of the art multidisciplinary facility combines sports, training, performance, theater, and a wellness center. Special attention is given to the acoustical treatment accommodating the varied needs of sports games and theatrical performances. Open corridors allow natural light and overlook the tennis complex & outdoor performance stage.

The project includes:

• Main playing courts for Basketball and Volleyball and (3) practice courts for Basketball and Volleyball

• Administrative Offices / Coaches Offices

• Ticketing and Concession Stand

• Trophy Gallery

• Men and Women's Locker Rooms

• Athletic Training Room, Athletic Weight Training Room, Practice Wrestling Team Room

• Cheerleading / Yoga room

• Parking on Ground Floor of Building
