SCOPE OF WORK

• Two-story 20,000sf +/- music facility combines state of the art technology in music creation and production.

• R.E. Chisholm Architects worked closely with Gulliver Preparatory and Wenger (sound and acoustic consultants) to create a learning environment that enhances musical talent, is functional, and elegantly executed.

• This facility includes: Rehearsal space, dance studio, administrative offices, lockers and instrument storage, ensemble rooms, (8) practice rooms, electronic keyboard room, interactive lecture space.

• Provided Design, Construction Documents, Permitting, and Construction Administration for the Gulliver Preparatory Music Building.
