Lake Stevens Elementary School Renovations

SCOPE OF WORK

The Miami-Dade County Public School Lake Stevens Elementary School, needed design, construction documents, permitting and construction administration for:

• Renovation and remodeling of several classrooms’ buildings, restrooms, and general campus facilities.

• Upgrade of interior finishes and furnishings.

• Installation of all new technology features.

• Campus wide Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection renovations throughout the multi-building school.

• Renovations included cleaning and repainting of all the exterior and Interior walls and doors, renovation of the HVAC systems in the classroom buildings, cafeteria, and administration building.

• Electrical upgrades for interior and exterior areas of several buildings.

• Interior renovations in all classrooms, classroom buildings and restrooms.

• Renovation of the fire alarm and public address system.

• Demolition of building (4).
