SCOPE OF WORK

The Miami-Dade County Public School North Glade Elementary School, needed design, construction documents, permitting and construction administration for:

Renovation of classrooms buildings, restrooms, portables, media center, cafeteria, administration & general spaces.
Re-roof and painting of all classroom, administration and cafeteria buildings.
Upgrade of interior finishes, furnishings and installation of all new technology features.
Renovation and upgrading of all MEP, HVAC systems, fire alarm and Public Address System throughout school.
