SCOPE OF WORK

Architectural and MEP upgrades to support the reconfiguration of existing office space into a new call center.
Interior remodeling to accommodate new functional requirements and updates to finishes.
Building systems were adjusted to align with the new layout, including HVAC diffuser relocation, electrical power and lighting upgrades, telecommunications infrastructure, and fire alarm device updates.
Incorporated coordination for furniture and equipment installation to meet institutional standards and operational needs.
