Sunset Park Elementary School Renovations

SCOPE OF WORK

The Miami-Dade County Public School Rainbow Park Elementary School, needed design, construction documents, permitting and construction administration for:

• New ADA Elevator.

• New metal covered walkway.

• Re-surface / Re-stripe basketball courts.

• Re-surface / Re-stripe parking lot.

• Campus wide Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection renovations throughout the multi-building school.

• Renovations included cleaning and repainting of all the exterior and Interior walls and doors, renovation of the HVAC systems in the classroom buildings, cafeteria, administration building and others.

• Upgrade of interior finishes and furnishings.

• Installation of all new technology features.

• Campus wide new electrical system, HVAC and all safety upgrades.
