SCOPE OF WORK
Renovation of an existing 75-year-old Temple Sanctuary, including interior and exterior finishes, new facilities, and newly relocated administration offices in the Lower Sanctuary.
Renovation to Wolfson Auditorium and Kaplan Hall for increased seating; adaptive re-use of current administration offices into a child care facility; site improvements, including paving, fencing, and lighting.
Renovate retrofit the sanctuary and exterior façade.
Retrofit and adapt and reuse several areas of the building into an administrative office, meeting rooms, library ad large daycare facility.
Required extensive as-built coordination, cost control, presentations, and approvals by the Board of Directors, and extensive coordination for a Direct Design and Construction process of an 80-year-old occupied campus.
