SCOPE OF WORK

  • Renovation of an existing 75-year-old Temple Sanctuary, including interior and exterior finishes, new facilities, and newly relocated administration offices in the Lower Sanctuary.

  • Renovation to Wolfson Auditorium and Kaplan Hall for increased seating; adaptive re-use of current administration offices into a child care facility; site improvements, including paving, fencing, and lighting.

  • Renovate retrofit the sanctuary and exterior façade.

  • Retrofit and adapt and reuse several areas of the building into an administrative office, meeting rooms, library ad large daycare facility.

  • Required extensive as-built coordination, cost control, presentations, and approvals by the Board of Directors, and extensive coordination for a Direct Design and Construction process of an 80-year-old occupied campus.
