Volpe Building Renovations

SCOPE OF WORK

• Professional A&E services for the historic Volpe Building, encompassing HVAC system upgrades, interior modifications, and a phased approach to replacing all exterior windows, doors, and louvers to meet Miami-Dade County NOA standards.

• Scope of Services expanded to include interior renovations of offices, classrooms, restrooms, and various support spaces to facilitate the installation of a new HVAC system.

• Included the reconfiguration of infrastructure systems, the installation of upgraded finishes, and detailed modifications to support functional and regulatory requirements.

• Initially commenced in 2015, extended through 2023 as additional services were requested along the way.
