Conceptual Master Plan for the 7.2 Miles long by 100FT wide, full zoning analysis and maximum potential usage for multiple locations throughout the Ludlam Trail.

Ludlam Trail will encourage an active lifestyle that will enhance the overall ambiance of the city by bringing connectivity and accessibility between residences, workplaces, and shopping for the residents and also areas surrounding it.
