SCOPE OF WORK

Design of a Multi-Purpose Residential Twin Tower building that consisted of a Conference Center, Apartments, Arts & Cultural Affairs, Films and TV Studios, Hotel (commercial uses plus work-study internships). This project includes a 15,000SF Theater on the lower levels of the (80) stories tower.
