SCOPE OF WORK

A&E services for the historic rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of three existing structures on a site located at 708 3rd Street in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Two of the buildings are officially designated as contributing historic structures, and all three will be fully renovated in compliance with the Florida Building Code 2024 and the City of West Palm Beach Historic Preservation requirements.
