SCOPE OF WORK

Master plan expansion includes an elderly affordable housing facility for the community elders with its own parking area. The elderly affordable housing building is a 3-story, 70,000 square-foot, 79-unit apartment building. Includes a secured courtyard design with kitchen, dining, community center and recreational areas. The ground floor contains a dayroom for community gatherings and everyday activities; tenant amenities and building support areas consisting of an exercise room, meeting room, day room, classroom, restroom, kitchen, storage room, administrative offices, mail room and entry lobby. It also has elevators, stairs, public restrooms, and exterior terraces.
